Summer
With a 152 km French-Italian ski area, the resort of La Rosière offers long, gentle and sunny ski slopes on the French side and a more sporty ski facing north on the Valle d'Aosta side.
The resort of La Rosière also offers Nordic activities such as snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and dog sledding.
Lovers of thrills or unusual practices can enjoy the pleasures of paragliding, snowkiting, or even ice diving.
But in any case, be sure to try at least one of the following activities:
Xtreme Sled
The 4-season, single-rail, multi-season sled lands at La Rosière! Embark on a 1000-metre downhill circuit composed of slope breaks, a footbridge, a spin, at a speed of up to 45km/h. The ascent is by sled, through the woods.
Not to be missed for thrill-seekers in both summer and winter.
First Tracks VIP
The ski area just for you! From 7:30 am to 9 am, the slopes of La Rosière-Espace San Bernardo are reserved for you.
Accompanied by the resort's ambassadors such as ski instructors, trackers and ski area manager, you will have the immense privilege of enjoying the freshly groomed slopes before everyone else, 1h30 before the official opening. Around 9am, you will enjoy a hearty breakfast at the high altitude restaurant l'Antigel.
Heliskiing
Heliskiing is an incredible adventure, a helicopter to explore new playgrounds: from off-piste to infinite, far from the marked areas. A heliskiing experience at La Rosière 1850...
Permanent running course
This winter, discover a new dedicated loop of about 5km, to be able to run safely at all times, off the slopes and roads. Developed and maintained by La Rosière's trail ambassadors, Arthur Joyeux-Bouillon and Fabien Antolinos, this loop will be equipped with reflective panels.
